VMware Workstation Problem on Windows 7

I have tried to install the most recent build of VMWare Workstation (v.7.1.4 build 385536 and v.7.0.0 build 203739) on my Windows 7 Basic OS machine, and only blank window open (as shown below). If you have solution for this problem, then send your reply.
